A Sunday drive
at the racetrack...
Sunday:
Breakfast: McDonalds Fruit & Walnut salad (didn't eat the yogurt), red grapes
Lunch: veggies with hummus, veggie ham sandwich with cheese :( , a cookie and a couple chips
Exercise: 40 minute (3.1 mile!) run with Cammie
Dinner: didn't eat, wasn't hungry
Fuhrmometer: 7.5 - lentil/eggplant
