On June 11th 2006 I started Dr. Joel Fuhrman's Eat To Live plan. This blog is a chronicle of my success and journey of becoming a healther and happier person... who
shops at the gap wears pretty dresses.
Full of Veggies, Veggielicious, Vegan Cat Lover, Vivacious Vegan, Diary of A Soon to Be Skinny Girl, and I am Curious Vegan were featured on Dr. Fuhrman's Blog DiseaseProof this week!
Congtats to Bree, Mary, Crystal, Casey/Veganmunkee, and TheWriterStuff and thanks to Gerry over at DiseaseProof!

What is a Fuhrmometer (say it like thermometer)? It's something that I "invented" to gauge how close I stick to ETL. The ratings are taken from Dr. F's list/ratings of nutrient density (page 120 - 121 in ETL).
Note: These numbers are my rankings and not the actual Nutrient Densities of the listed foods, they are in the proper order of nutrient density.
