Breakfast: standard smoothie
Lunch: romaine with beans and Green Velour
Dinner: a few bites of cooked veggies, 1 slice of multi grain toast with about a teaspoon of natural peanut butter
Exercise: 35 minute walk/jog on the treadmill
I'm afraid it's going to be a short entry tonight. It's late and I still have a lot of stuff to do. Today was just OK ETL-wise, but I enjoyed my workout. The highlight was the toast and peanut butter, which IS ETL! Tomorrow is the last day of work before a 4 day weekend! Be on the lookout for some quality posting and some recipes.
