Breakfast: Smoothie (spinach, berries, banana, flax seeds, soy milk)
Lunch: Salad (green leaf lettuce, red onion, balsamic, hummus and falafel spiced walnuts)
Walk with Cammie
Dinner: Springtime Soup

It's gonna stick this time.
