Saturday:
Exercise: 30 min walk with Cammie, 30 min cardio workout (Y!F)
Breakfast: Smoothie (spinach, cherries, banana, flax, cocoa powder, water)
Dinner: Salad (romaine, scallions, mandarin oranges, almonds, ginger lime sesame dressing)
Exercise: 30 min walk with Cammie, bike ride with Hubby
Dessert: raw brownies
Fuhrmometer: 9 - broccoli
Hubby got a new bike this week and we went for an innaugural ride this evening; it was very nice. I'm looking forward to more :-)
